Bodkin is a seven-part dark comedy about an unfortunate true crime podcaster and the Guardian journalist who investigate the disappearance of three people in a small Irish town. Navigo by CSTM Fonts is in charge of typography in the series’ title sequence, designed by Adrienne McGrane (who also happens to be a person that designed The Green Knight).
A low contrast geometric sans with a contemporary approach to proportion and an extensive code page, Navigo was originally designed for the Moscow City district’s wayfinding system and visual identity. Its character set covers extended Latin and Cyrillic and includes tabular figures, lining figures, oldstyle figures, fractions, and navigation icons.
