Sociology of Time is a student project by Valeria Shevchuk Krylova in which she explores social time — which, unlike physical time, is measured not in hours and minutes, but in cultural events, technological advancements, and acquisition of collective experience. The book titles are set in Curbe by Olga Pankova, while Bitter, designed by Sol Matas, is used for body text.

Curbe is a display face inspired by the Soviet 1960s. Technically, there are no historical references; it’s rather about vibe and style — this contemporary script font is active, angular, dynamic. Many glyphs come with alternates.
