Forma DJR in use: La Loge

A revival of Forma, helping an initiative supporting theatre performers

30 June 2006

La Loge is a French project committed to supporting theatre actors, dancers, and musicians. The project was designed by Fakepaper Studio, which opted for Forma DJR by David Jonathan Ross to handle its typography.

Forma DJR  is a revival of the typeface of the same name by Nebiolo foundry. Apart from the original, the typeface borrows from the grotesque type of the 1960s and 1970s, characterized by tight letter spacing and rounded angles. To ensure those subtleties are not lost at very large and very small sizes, Forma comes in five optical sizes, from Micro (less than 8 pt) to Banner (72 pt).

If you used the fonts from our library in your project, please tell us about it! You can do that by sending us the links and images at inuse@type.today.
