Password Reset

  1. Trouble signing in?

    Click here and we'll email you a new password.

  2. Didn't get the new password we sent?

    Check your email spam folder. Search for an email from “support@type.today” If you still can't find our email, add “support@type.today” to your contact list or address book and reset your password again.

  3. Can't sign in with password we sent?

    1. If you are using a new password we sent you, try typing it in, instead of copying and pasting it. If you are copying and pasting the password, make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the characters.
    2. Reset your desktop browser, or reboot your phone.
    3. If all else fails, reset your password again to get a new temporary password.
  4. Forgot your username, or no longer have access to the email address listed on the account?

    Let us know if you’ve forgotten your username or longer have access to the email address that you’ve used to create an account with us. When you write us, let us know the last four digits of the credit card number on the account, so we can be sure that it’s you. If you’ve forgotten your username, please include all the possible email addresses you may have used, it can help us find the account.

  5. To change a password you know

    1. Sign in to Profile
    2. Click Settings
    3. Enter your current password
    4. Enter your new password
    5. Click Save
